How to Order

And so the adventure begins....

First Step:

Congratulations! You're engaged to be married, you've named your date and chosen your dream venue. So now's the time to get in touch about your dream wedding cake. Please complete my wedding contact form by clicking here to check for availability. Your chosen date can be secured with a £50 'Save the date' non-refundable or transferable deposit. For the convenience of all my wedding couples, consultations are conducted via email and telephone to fit in with busy lifestyles, work commitments and other supplier appointments.

Second Step:

The design process. If you provide myself with your theme and pin board, I can liaise with yourself on how you would like your bespoke wedding cake to look, whether it's sweet and simple or big and beautiful. Once you are happy with your design, I will provide you with a quotation that is valid for 30 days and once you are happy to go ahead I will email you an invoice for the non-refundable deposit.

Third Step:

The good bit..... Cake tasting!

I offer a cake tasting sample box which consists of my most popular flavours, delivered straight to your door via 1st class delivery. I send them out every month, as complimentary part of the service I offer once I have received your £50 non-refundable deposit. Extra sample boxes can be ordered at a cost of £15 plus postage and packaging.

Step Four:

Final order. Once you are happy with your design and chosen flavours, I will send you a final copy of your order form along with terms and conditions for you to sign and the allergy information. I will also send an invoice showing the quoted amount minus any deposit that has been paid. Payment is accepted by Bank transfer. The final balance of your order is due 4 weeks before your wedding date.

Step Five:

The big day!

I deliver and set up all my wedding cakes due to their delicate nature. Prior to your wedding day, I will liaise with the wedding coordinator at your chosen venue to arrange the set up of your cake.
