To confirm an order, a non-refundable booking fee is required which can be paid via bank transfer. While I am able to communicate through facebook and email, I do not confirm bookings through these mediums until the booking fee has been paid.
How much notice do you need to place an order?
The sooner the better to avoid disappointment, as much as I would love to bake and make that special cake for everyone I can only fit so much in my diary.
For wedding cakes I require at least 6 months notice.
For celebration cakes I require at least 4 weeks notice (dependent on my availability)
I can accommodate a shorter timescale but this is subject to availability. Please note if you are in need of a cake that same day unfortunately I will not be able to accommodate your request.
Do you cater for allergies/diets?
All my cakes are vegetarian.

Do you deliver?
I provide a delivery service for both wedding cakes and celebration cakes, the prices of my cakes include delivery within the North East. At the time of your booking I will discuss available dates and times. for delivery
Please note that once an order is delivered and you have accepted your bespoke cake, the full responsibility for the safety of the order lies with the client and therefore I am not liable for any damages thereafter.
We do not post or courier our cakes.
Can I change/cancel my order?
Where possible I will try to accommodate any changes you would like to make to your order which may incur extra charges. Please give no less than 48 hours notice before the delivery date.
If you wish to cancel your order please note that the holding deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Due to the nature of my products being handcrafted and perishable, I do not provide full refunds or exchanges for custom orders. I cannot offer refunds on cakes that have been completely eaten.
Once you or a designated party has taken delivery of the order, I will consider this an 'accepted' order. I must be made aware of any issues with design, etc within 24 hours of delivery, please email a photograph of the issue and I will do everything I can to rectify the issue before the event.
I will only ever offer a partial refund of the order if the customer does not accept the order there and then or if I have been unable to fix any issues, however the customer CANNOT keep the cake.
