Lorraine has been baking and creating bespoke wedding and celebration cakes since 2008. 

 

Lottie McPhees started out life on the Quayside market in Newcastle selling cupcakes with a little help from her family.​

The name represents the 3 most important people in my life, Charlotte my youngest Lottie, my eldest daughter Pheobe or 'Phee' and my mum who's middle name was McLoughlin. My husband was inspired to put the names together to create Lottie McPhees.​

Based in Cramlington, Northumberland, I work from home in my garden studio bakery specialising in luxury bespoke wedding cakes and celebration cakes. Every cake creates a lasting memory
